Terms of Service
Last updated: April 20, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DevInt platform (the “Service”) operated by Limestone Digital (“Limestone”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
DevInt is a multi-tenant developer intelligence platform that ingests data from third-party systems (source control, ticket trackers, AI tooling) to produce engineering productivity metrics and visualisations. Features vary by subscription plan and role assigned to your account.
3. Accounts and Access
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Workspace administrators may provision, modify, or revoke access for users within their tenant at any time.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
4. Customer Data
You retain all rights to data your organization connects to or uploads into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant Limestone a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any Customer Data connected via integrations (e.g. GitHub, Jira, Cursor, Claude API, OpenAI).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
- use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
- interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or the data of other tenants;
- use the Service to benchmark or make decisions about individuals in ways that violate applicable employment or privacy laws.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party products. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms. Limestone is not responsible for third-party outages, data changes, or policy changes that affect the Service.
7. Fees and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance according to the order form agreed with your organization. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Limestone may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before the start of the next billing period.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and to use it only to fulfil these Terms.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limestone disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Metrics generated by the Service are decision-support tools and should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limestone’s total liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by your organization during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Limestone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and Customer Data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email to the workspace administrator. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limestone is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
